Privacy & posting standards.

Find A Para is operated by Aryeh. For questions, corrections, listing reports or data-deletion requests, email info@findapara.com. Do not send patient information, identification documents, bank details or passwords.

Job searches and coverage

On the remote ABA and remote BCBA pages, we measure filtered result views using only the selected role, remote-arrangement category, number of matches and time. Typed keywords are not included in these measurement records. Repeat effect deliveries share a random receipt ID to prevent duplicate recording; a reload may count as another view. These are result views, not unique job seekers or completed applications.

We record selected job roles, city or area, state, title or employer keywords, search time and result counts for up to 90 days so the operator can identify coverage gaps. Search-demand records do not contain your name, email, account ID or IP address. These records and aggregate reports are private to the operator. Do not enter personal, contact or patient information in search fields. We skip this measurement when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and exclude signed-in owner searches. Repeated searches can still affect totals.

The live finder checks a supported set of employer career-page feeds and may reuse results checked within the last five minutes. It shows factual titles, employers, locations and outbound links; it does not copy full job descriptions, search every employer, submit applications or guarantee availability. We do not send your typed search to those feeds; matching happens on our server. Clicking an employer link opens that employer’s site under its own privacy practices. For abuse prevention, we keep hourly request counts keyed by a daily hash of your connection IP for up to an hour. Raw IP addresses are not stored in those counters. Search fields remain in your browser while you use the finder.

When broader web search is enabled, the job requirements and location you enter are sent to OpenAI to search public web sources and prepare relevant results. This differs from matching within the supported employer feeds. Do not enter personal, contact or patient information. We request that OpenAI not store the generated response for later retrieval; OpenAI may retain API data under its own data policies. Results are AI-selected source links, not verified applications or a guarantee that an opening remains available. We also keep a daily total of web-search requests to control usage.

Email job alerts

When you request an alert, we store your email, selected role, city and state, signup time, consent version and email-confirmation time. We send a confirmation message before activating alerts. We use these preferences to send matching new, approved employer-posted jobs on Find A Para. These alerts do not cover every external career-page reference or guarantee a matching opening. We use Resend to deliver email and share your address and message content with that provider. We do not automatically enroll existing interest registrations or WhatsApp contacts.

Each email includes an unsubscribe link for that alert. No account or sign-in is required. Unsubscribing deletes the corresponding address, preferences and local delivery records; any separately requested alerts remain active. You may contact info@findapara.com for help removing all subscriptions. Pending unconfirmed signups expire after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent signup or delivery processing. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or the alert service closes. The email provider may retain delivery or suppression records under its own policies. We keep delivery receipts to avoid sending the same job repeatedly, and daily hashed connection and recipient counters to reduce signup abuse.

Candidate interest

When you register interest, we store your email, selected role, area and signup time. We use aggregate interest to prioritize locations and roles. Participation is voluntary. Addresses are not verified candidates and are not displayed publicly or sold to employers. Job-update emails are not active. Before enabling them, we will provide an unsubscribe method and honor your preferences. Duplicate submissions do not overwrite your entry.

You can remove your signup from the homepage after signing in with the same email, or request deletion by emailing us from the registered address. We may ask for confirmation of control of that address. Interest records remain until you request deletion or we close the launch list; we review whether to keep the list after the initial 90-day pilot.

WhatsApp state groups

The WhatsApp signup form asks for your WhatsApp number and desired work state, with an optional email address. We store these details, whether you chose the general or BCBA signup, signup time, consent text version and consent time. Selecting a BCBA group records interest in that group and does not verify a professional credential. Earlier signups may also include the name, home location, role and work preferences supplied on the previous form; these remain private and can be deleted through the same withdrawal process. We also store invitation or membership status entered by the operator, limited enquiry-source information and, when available, a daily hash of your connection IP for abuse prevention. The raw IP is not stored in the signup table. Contact details are self-reported and not verified by submitting the form.

Approved public job details may be shared by Find A Para into the relevant state WhatsApp group. Business contact details from the submission form are not included unless the employer put them in public job fields. We keep an owner-confirmed record of shared listings to prevent repeat posts; opening a share link does not confirm delivery. These signup records and exports are private to the operator. We use them to organize state groups and contact you on WhatsApp about the group you requested and relevant ABA work. This signup does not subscribe you to email marketing. Existing email-interest records are not automatically enrolled into WhatsApp groups. We do not sell these records or automatically share them with employers.

If a group is open, you receive its invite link after signup. Otherwise you are registered on that state’s waiting list. Signing up does not automatically add you to WhatsApp. You choose whether to join, and group admins may require approval. Other members can see your WhatsApp number and any information you share in the group. WhatsApp handles group data under its own privacy practices.

Save the private signup link shown after submission. It lets you check group availability and permanently delete that state signup without creating an account. Keep it private: anyone with that link can withdraw the signup. You can also reply STOP to an invitation or request deletion at info@findapara.com; the operator processes these requests manually and may verify your control of the contact details. Leaving a WhatsApp group and deleting your website signup are separate actions. We cannot remove past messages or other members’ copies. Records remain until withdrawal, deletion or closure of the group program; we review retention after the initial 90-day pilot. One signup is stored per WhatsApp number, selected group state and group type; duplicate signups do not overwrite your details or consent.

Employer job-feed requests

When you request a careers-feed review, we store your company, name, business email, public source links, permitted scope, permission wording and version, request reference and time. A request remains private and does not verify employer authority or publish jobs. We confirm the scope and first page content with the employer before publication. We use this information to manage the requested job sharing, updates and removal, not to subscribe you to marketing. We may retain the permission record while approved pages remain public and for up to 90 days afterward to resolve questions. To correct the request or withdraw permission, email info@findapara.com from the submitting address; we may verify your authority. We use a daily one-way IP hash for submission limits and do not store the raw address. Do not submit private feed tokens or passwords.

Website job submissions

The public job form stores your company website, contact name and email, job details, submission time and review status. Your contact name and email remain private. We use them to verify authorization and communicate about the listing. Entering an email does not verify ownership of that address. Approved job details become public; the operator manages these listings and receives expiry notices. We attempt to notify the operator when a new submission is saved. After approval, we attempt to email the submitting business address with the live listing link. Delivery depends on the email provider. A submission reference helps us find your request if you ask to correct, close or delete it.

To limit repeat submissions and abuse, we use a request identifier, submission counts and, when available, a daily hash of the connection IP address. We do not store the raw IP in the job-request table. Requests remain for review and notice tracking until you request deletion; contact us from the submitting address, and we may verify control before acting.

Suggestions and company recommendations

We store the suggestion type, company and area if supplied, message, optional reply email and submission time. These submissions are private to the operator and used to improve the site or research suggested companies. Recommending a company does not publish a listing or establish a partnership. We store a daily one-way IP hash when available to limit abuse, not the raw IP. Submissions are not an email marketing signup. Contact info@findapara.com to request correction or deletion; we review retention after the initial 90-day pilot.

Direct employer accounts

You can create a Find A Para employer account with a work email, company name and password. We store a salted password hash, never your password, and a hash of your recovery code. A secure, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Server-side session records contain a hashed session token, account identifier, credential version and expiry. Signing out revokes that session. Password recovery requires your saved recovery code, invalidates earlier sessions and replaces that code. Password-reset emails are not currently available. Keep your recovery code private; anyone with it and your account email can reset your password. For help, contact info@findapara.com; support must independently verify access before making account changes.

We keep short-lived, hashed email and connection-address buckets to limit repeated authentication attempts, and remove expired buckets when new attempts occur. Entering an email or company name does not verify control of that address, employer authority or ownership of previous listings. Direct account emails are used as sign-in identifiers and are not automatically added to expiry-message or marketing lists. Earlier account listings are linked only with proof of access to that account. Direct accounts never grant site-owner administration. Contact us to request account or settings deletion.

Employer dashboards and listing performance

Signed-in employers can view and export aggregate performance for listings owned by their account. We store optional company name, ATS name and public careers-page URL to organize that account; saving these settings does not connect an ATS. Public submissions made without signing in remain operator-managed until access is independently verified. A matching typed company name or email never grants dashboard access.

From September 9, 2026, we separately measure search-card appearances, job-detail views and application clicks per published employer listing. Records contain the listing identifier, random event and browser-session identifiers, action, limited source and medium labels, and time. An action is counted once per listing and 30-minute browser session. We do not include visitor names, contact details, account identifiers or raw IP addresses in these records, and do not show visitor identities or session identifiers to employers. We exclude recognized crawlers, the signed-in site operator, the listing’s signed-in owner and browsers requesting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. These approximate counts can miss events and do not establish unique people, completed applications or hires. Events are deleted after 90 days when new listing activity is recorded. Reports do not reconstruct earlier activity from the legacy lifetime click counter. Contact us for account-settings or listing-data deletion.

Application referrals

Application links may include Find a Para as a referral source in the employer’s analytics or supported hiring system. We preserve existing employer tracking and signed links. When you follow these links, the employer may also receive our website origin. This does not send your website signup details or prove you completed an application.

Email contact

You may email a job, company-profile request or correction without creating a website account. We use the message and your contact details to review the request, confirm authorization and communicate about publication or changes. An email request is reviewed manually; sending it does not publish a listing or profile. Please do not send patient information or resumes. Contact us from the submitting address to request correction or deletion.

Accounts, drafts and searches

Employer sign-in is available directly through Find A Para as described above. Earlier accounts and candidate saved-search features can also use ChatGPT sign-in, which supplies a site-specific user identifier and email. Employer drafts and saved searches are stored under that identifier and restricted to their author. We also retain the employer’s signed-in email and listing publication periods to send service messages about expiry. These are separate from marketing emails. Submission and publication receipts remain after a listing is closed or deleted so we can track notices; contact us to request removal. Submitting a listing shares it with the operator for review. Approved listing content, including any contact details you put in it, becomes public. Do not include confidential information. Drafts remain until deleted; employers can download or delete drafts and close published roles. Saved searches can be deleted from the saved-search page.

Provider directory for families

The provider finder includes independent links researched from public company websites and company-submitted profiles. Each entry identifies its source and review date. We store an authorized representative’s site account identifier, signed-in email, profile draft, approved version and submission receipts. Only approved profile content is public. Representatives can edit, hide or delete their submitted profile in the company workspace; changes need review before replacing the approved version. Submission receipts remain to track owner notices even after profile deletion; contact us for removal. A separate researched reference may remain after a submitted profile is removed; contact us for a correction. Inclusion is not a partnership, clinical endorsement or confirmation of available appointments. Contact providers directly to confirm coverage, insurance, credentials and suitability. We do not collect children’s health records or provide diagnosis or treatment.

Sponsored provider placements and payments

Stripe collects checkout and payment details under its own privacy terms. Find A Para stores your account identifier, company profile identifier, selected plan, amount, payment and checkout references, confirmation status, and placement dates. Card numbers are not stored on this website. Signed Stripe notifications activate placements and record refunds or disputes. These payment receipts remain after profile deletion for fulfilment, support, dispute handling and accounting; contact us about access or deletion requests and any applicable retention requirements. Paid results are labeled Sponsored and do not indicate parent recommendations. See provider placement terms and pricing.

Enquiry-source reporting

When you submit candidate interest or a job request, we also store a limited source label, marketing medium and entry-page path where available. Your browser temporarily remembers this entry information in session storage for up to 30 minutes of attribution; it may remain in that tab until replaced or the tab is closed. We do not store full referring URLs, search terms or advertising click identifiers in these records, and this feature sends no analytics data to an external service. Source information follows the same retention and deletion practices as the associated submission. It helps us compare outreach channels; missing referrers or browser restrictions mean it is not a complete record of how visitors found us.

Website traffic reporting

We measure public page views, searches, form starts, use of jobseeker resources, resource sharing or print actions, and clicks on job browsing, application and WhatsApp join links using our own database. Calculator amounts and checklist answers stay in the page and are not collected. Sharing and print events do not confirm that a message was sent or a document printed. Traffic records contain a random event identifier, a random browser-session identifier, an allowed page path, source and medium labels, event type and time. The session identifier expires after 30 minutes and stays in that browser tab’s session storage until replaced or the tab closes. We do not store search text, URL query strings, full referrers, IP addresses, names, emails, phone numbers or account identifiers in traffic records. Job-detail paths are grouped as /jobs. We exclude signed-in owner traffic, known crawlers and browsers requesting Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control from this feature. Traffic events are removed after 90 days when new traffic is recorded. Only the operator can see these first-party aggregate reports. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, sessions, traffic sources and selected actions such as searches and application-link clicks. Google receives this separate analytics data and may use cookies or similar identifiers. The Google tag does not load for the signed-in site operator or when the browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Analytics counts can differ from our own records; an application-link click does not establish a completed application. How Google Analytics processes data. Counts are approximate and do not confirm completed applications or group membership.

Externally sourced job references

Some job cards contain basic facts independently collected from public employer career feeds. They identify the original source and last check date. Inclusion does not establish an employer partnership or endorsement. Full job terms and application requirements remain on the original site. We hide factual source references seven days after the last check unless refreshed. A separate Himalayas page credits that source and sends visitors to its listing pages.

Private career workspace

When you use your career workspace, we store your authenticated account identifier, the profile and preferences you save, selected job snapshots and application stages, and credential reminder dates. Your board and reminders are private and are not shared with employers. Application stages are your own reports, not confirmation from an employer. Credential entries and profile qualifications are self-reported. You can remove saved jobs and reminder dates, edit or clear your profile fields, and withdraw a candidate pitch from the workspace. Calendar downloads are created on your device; notifications depend on the calendar you import them into. This workspace does not automatically email credential reminders.

Candidate pitches and introductions

Publishing a candidate pitch is optional and requires a separate action. The employer preview shows the fields that will be shared: selected name visibility, role, state, experience band, selected skills and self-reported credentials, desired pay and availability. We do not include your current employer, exact location, account email, original résumé, board notes or credential numbers in that pitch. Hiding your name does not guarantee anonymity if other details identify you. Only signed-in employer workspaces with a reviewed, published company profile or active job may use candidate discovery. Employer introduction requests remain in your private inbox. Accepting an introduction shares your signed-in account email with that employer. Sharing current private introduction videos is a separate checkbox. You can revoke access to contact details and videos, but information already received cannot be recalled. Withdrawing a pitch removes it from discovery; it does not itself cancel a previously accepted introduction. These actions send no automatic email.

Optional commute estimates

Directions links open Google Maps under Google’s privacy practices. If live traffic estimates are enabled, requesting an estimate sends the starting area you enter and the selected public job area to Google Routes. We do not save those areas in the career database. We retain per-account daily request counts to control usage. An area estimate is not a confirmed trip to a specific clinic or a promise of travel time.

Optional career videos

We store videos you upload and their ownership, purpose, job association, accessible description, reported duration and review status. Candidate introductions stay private unless you explicitly share them with an employer when accepting an introduction. Clinic tours must be associated with the uploading employer’s own job and pass operator review before appearing publicly on an active, published listing. Only upload content and people you have permission to share; do not include clients or confidential clinical records. You can delete your own videos from the workspace. The operator can review submitted clinic tours. Contact us for assistance deleting other career data.

Saved searches and hidden results

When signed in, you can save exact search filters, hide jobs or companies, and mark a job as applied. These choices are private to your account. Restore hidden items or remove searches from the search page. “Mark applied” is your own tracking note; it does not send an application or prove that an employer received one.

Applications and hosting

Employer application buttons open the employer’s HTTPS hiring page under its privacy practices. Himalayas source links open Himalayas first for further details and application instructions. Optional résumé parsing happens on your device; the original PDF and extracted full text are not uploaded. We store the profile fields you review and save, not employer application answers. Employer application-button clicks are counted per listing without storing candidate identity in our click records; repeated and automated clicks may be included. These counts are referrals, not completed applications or unique candidates. Browser restrictions can prevent a click from being recorded. Hosting and sign-in providers process data necessary to operate the service and may maintain operational logs. Deleting an application submitted to an employer requires contacting that employer.

Permission to publish and promote jobs

When you submit a new job or approve a careers-page request, you authorize Find A Para to publish the supplied job content and promote it on Google, with candidates directed to your company website or application page. We record the permission text and version with the submission, along with its submission time and contact details or employer account. Permission is not proof of employer authority; we review that separately. Google decides whether and where a job appears, and inclusion is not guaranteed. This permission does not authorize any charge to your company. Contact info@findapara.com to correct a job, report that it has closed, or withdraw permission. Previously submitted records retain their original permission; this notice does not expand earlier consent.

Partner offers

An individually approved partner offer may replace the one-post introduction. A one-month partner offer covers standard job postings for 30 days beginning with the first approved account listing. Included listings expire together at the end of that period. The offer requires verification of the intended employer account and does not include featured placement or paid provider-directory plans. There is no automatic renewal or charge. We retain the account, request time, verification note, and offer dates to administer the offer.

Listing rules

Post only genuine current openings you are authorized to advertise. Provide accurate employer, pay, location, schedule, setting and application details. Do not post patient information, misleading claims, requests for candidate payments, or discriminatory criteria. We may reject, correct or remove listings that fail these standards. Report concerns to the contact above.

Introductory offer and limits

Each company may receive one free standard job posting. Each listing covers one current role in one location and runs for 30 days after approval and publication. We review employer authorization, job details and company eligibility before publication. The allowance applies across the same company’s branches and contacts; duplicates do not create additional allowances. There is no card requirement, automatic renewal or payment obligation. If the allowance has been used, we contact you before proceeding; we never charge automatically. The free job-posting offer is separate from optional sponsored provider-directory plans. Existing paid-placement arrangements, if any, remain subject to the featured placement terms.

Find A Para is a job-advertising platform, not an employer, staffing agency or clinical service. Employers make hiring decisions and remain responsible for their statements and employment arrangements. Listing review does not certify an employer, credential, supervision arrangement or legal compliance. We do not guarantee applicants, employment or hires.

Updates

We will update this page when the service or data practices change. New uses of contact information will require appropriate notice and consent where needed. Contact us before submitting information if you have questions about these practices.
