How paid placement works

• Your company profile must be reviewed and published before checkout. Paying does not approve a profile.
• Each paid placement lasts 30 days from confirmed activation, with no automatic renewal. Prices are in US dollars.
• Search, state, service and telehealth filters apply first. Matching Priority profiles appear first, then Featured, then Standard. Companies within each group appear alphabetically; a tier does not reserve an exclusive first position.
• Payment buys visibility, not a parent recommendation, clinical endorsement, rating or guaranteed enquiries. The directory is growing; traffic and results vary.
• Hiding or deleting your profile removes it from results; the purchased period continues to run. Contact us before making changes if you need help.
• Only purchase once. If payment is delayed, duplicated or cannot activate, contact us with your receipt. We will review the charge and arrange correction or a refund for a duplicate charge or an unfulfilled placement. Refunds or payment disputes suspend paid placement while reviewed.
