I’m Aryeh, a fellow ABA para and the founder of Find A Para.
When I was looking for cases, I kept running into the same problem: I had to find each ABA company in my area, search its website and call to ask about work. Then I had to do it all over again with the next company. It was hard to get a clear picture of what was available.
I created Find A Para because I wanted an easier way—for myself and for other paras, RBTs and BCBAs looking for their next role.
One place to start your ABA job search.
Our goal is to bring ABA companies and local job opportunities together, so you don’t have to track down every company yourself. We’re building our database and developing relationships with ABA employers, area by area.
You can browse published openings, compare the details and apply directly to the employer. We’re still growing: we don’t yet cover every company or every opening, and a company in the provider directory may not have a job listed.

Approved roles expire after 30 days unless renewed through review. Employers can close filled roles immediately.

Your application goes to the employer’s own website. We don’t collect resumes or make hiring decisions.

An independent place to compare
Find A Para is a new, independent job board and provider directory. Employers authorize job listings before publication. Directory entries distinguish company-submitted profiles from researched website references. Inclusion does not imply a partnership or endorsement, and we do not guarantee applications or hires.
