- Prepare your listing. Include real pay, the work schedule, location and your application link.
- We review it. We check the role, employer authorization and application destination before publication.
- Manage from your dashboard. For account listings, follow activity, check feedback and close roles when filled.
Application clicks show interest. Completed applications and hires require a separate connection to your ATS; that connection is not currently active.

Can we keep our current ATS?
Yes. Paste the complete secure application link into each listing, including any tracking parameters your ATS gives you. Candidates apply directly to your company. We do not collect resumes or application answers.
What can our team see in the dashboard?
The signed-in account can see its own listings, review feedback, expiry dates, search appearances, views and apply clicks. Reports can be filtered and downloaded. Browsing is anonymous; we do not reveal who looked at a job.
Do we need an account to post?
No. You can submit a job without an account and keep the submission reference. To save drafts and manage listings yourself, create a Find A Para employer account with your work email and password. Use the same account each time. If you previously submitted without signing in, contact us to request verified access to those listings.
Does connecting our careers page automatically import jobs?
The careers-page form starts a feed review. We confirm permission, included roles and the publication period before setup. Automatic importing and completed-application reporting are separate capabilities; neither is activated by simply saving a link.
What happens when a job closes or expires?
Use “Close filled role” in your dashboard to remove an account listing from public search. Listings also leave search automatically after their 30-day period. Expired jobs can be prepared as renewal drafts and submitted for review. Public submissions can be updated or closed by contacting us with the reference.
What makes a useful ABA listing?
For BT and RBT roles, include days and times, service area, credential requirements, cancellation pay and supervision terms. For BCBA roles, explain caseload, billable-hour expectations, clinical support and eligible work locations. These details help candidates judge the fit before they apply.
Are applicants or hires guaranteed?
No. Find A Para is a growing independent job board. We report measured activity and do not promise applicants or hires. The one-post introductory allowance applies across your company’s branches and contacts. Optional featured placement is $99 for 30 days after eligibility review. Campaigns are quoted separately.
