KinderReady Behavior Solutions LLC is hiring a part-time, W-2 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home ABA services in South San Diego, CA (92113 area). This is an in-home position — not school-based. Schedule and pay: Part-time, with a 15 hours/week guaranteed minimum, starting at $65/hour. Benefits: 401(k), paid time off (PTO), mileage reimbursement, and utilization bonuses. The BCBA will provide in-home applied behavior analysis services, clinical oversight, and support for clients and their families in South San Diego.
